About the role
SitesGo works with Professors from world's leading Universities including MIT, Stanford, Harvard, NTU, NUS among others to provide stunning websites for their research labs, startups, conferences and organizations built using Webflow.
We're looking to hire paid Webflow Developer Interns with a potential to convert full-time to join our growing team.
We're looking for:
• Proficiency in Webflow
• Good design sense and visual taste
• Clear communication and attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and deadline-oriented
• Fun to work with :)
What you’ll work on:
• Building pages, components, and CMS-driven layouts in Webflow
• Creating responsive, clean, pixel-perfect builds
• QA testing, bug-fixing, and improving site performance
• Collaborating with senior devs + joining global client calls
What you’ll learn
• Webflow systems we use to build for top universities
• How to structure a professional Webflow project end-to-end
• How to collaborate inside a real agency workflow
• Client management, feedback handling, and professional communication
• Design systems, CMS architecture, interactions, animations

• The real deciding factor: the link to the best website you've built using Webflow. Editing or duplicating an existing template will not be accepted, please send us a link to an original landing page you've built from scratch using Webflow.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 15-minute interview with us between 29 Dec 2025 - 08 Jan 2026.
• Final results will be announced by 09 January 2026. If selected, your internship will begin mid-January 2026 with a performance-based full-time offer after graduation.

No worries, we all have to start somewhere - as long as you're willing to learn new skills, we like you already. Go over Webflow 101 (should take you 2-3 days to complete), build an original site using Webflow and apply following the instructions above.
